Big Sis, Little Sis

The Alpha Phi Big/Little Sister Program is a cherished mentorship tradition within the sorority, designed to foster lifelong bonds of friendship and support. Each new member, or Little, is paired with an initiated sister, or Big, who serves as a mentor, role model, and guide throughout their journey in Alpha Phi.

Bigs provide Littles with encouragement, advice, and a sense of belonging within the chapter, while Littles bring fresh energy and excitement to the sisterhood. This includes special reveal events, thoughtful gifts, and shared experiences that strengthen the connection between Bigs and Littles. Ultimately, the Big/Little relationship embodies the values of Alpha Phi—sisterhood, leadership, and personal growth—creating a foundation for lifelong friendships and a deep sense of community.
